宿舍之间不爱学习，你怎样改善这种情况？还有对团队有什么看法，你是怎么做的？

As a student ,if he doesn't want to study, it's just like a worker who doesn't like working,which makes people feel headache.So we will ask ourselves:"What's the reason of this situation?"
There are 2 main reasons as follows. Firstly,they're not interested in the classes very much,so they couldn't keep their mind on studying. If they have trouble with the lessons,they'll feel depressed,even lose heart and hate studying. Next,they're playful at this age,and they will play with other students when they see they're playing.They're easily affected.
And then I have some ideas to solve the problems.We can set up some study groups,such as English group,maths group and so on . Then we can help each other,and make a progress together.At the same time, there can be some matches among the roommates.It will be more interesting .
About team
In my opinion,team means a group of persons who share the common interests.They can have the same interests in the respects of studying or playing.The members of the team will help eachother and will progress together,and also have a good time .So I like this kind of team.It's great.
作为学生，如果不想学习，就像一个工人说他不想工作一样，令人头疼。那么我们要自问为什么会这样。以下就是两个主要原因。首先，他们对功课不是很感兴趣，所以他们无法集中精神去学习。如果他们遇到问题，就会觉得情绪低落，甚至失去信心甚至厌学。其次，他们这个年龄段都比较贪玩，看到别的孩子玩，他们也会跟着玩。很容易受影响。
接下来，我提出一些解决办法。我们可以成立一些学习小组，像英语小组、数学小组等等。那样我们可以互相帮助，共同进步。同时宿舍间同学可以组织一些比赛，那会更有趣些。

关于团队
我觉得，团队就是有共同兴趣爱好的人聚在一起。他们可以都喜欢学习，或者有共同的娱乐爱好。团队成员互相帮助共同进步，并且乐在其中。所以我喜欢这种类型的团队，感觉好极了

我的梦想 （My Dream）
Students and teachers 。Good morning !
my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.When I was a child, I wanted to be a teacher. My father was a teacher, and he taught me a lot. I worshiped him very much. On my tenth birthday, he asked me,“What do you want to be when you grow up?”I answered proudly,“I want to be a teacher like you!”On hearing this, my father was very happy and said to me, “Work hard and your dream will come true.” Not long ago, one of my primary school teachers was ill. She wanted me to take her place for two weeks. I was glad but nervous. My father said to me,“This is a good chance. Seize it! I wish you success!” When I came into the classroom, the children were very happy. I introduced myself to them. Soon, I got on well with them. They all liked me and I loved them. With my father and headmaster's help, I did the work very well. Now, I often miss those lovely children. That experience had made me even more interested in being a teacher in the future.

别人不爱学习你就不学习了吗？不是你劝着他（她）们学习，而是你自己主动学习，然后带动大家学习。这样子大家才会开始爱学习起来。你做了榜样，别人才会跟着你。
学习的时候，有一个团队是最好的。大家都有共同的目标，一起努力。而且还可以互相交流心得，可以学到很多书本上没有的，还可以巩固书本知识。非常的棒。效率也很好。
可惜的是，目前我只有一个人学习，效率没有高中时候大家一起学习的时候高了。
