本次设计的题目是8万吨/天城市污水CASS工艺处理设计。主要的任务是完成对该污水处理厂初步设计及单项处理构筑物施工设计。本工程针对城市污水的特点,采取了CASS处理新工艺来对城市污水进行处理。
城市污水的有效治理应遵循如下原则:
(1)根据城市污水的特点选择合理可行的处理工艺的路线,做到工艺流程先进、技术可靠、操作方便、易于维护等。
(2)确定各处理工艺的参数,并分析以确定最佳值。
(3)采用新材料、新技术、新产品来延长设备的使用寿命。
(4)在保证处理效果的前提下,尽量减少所占用的土地面积,以降低基建投资及日常运行费用。
设计内容包括污水处理和污泥处理及处置两部分。
该污水厂的污水处理流程为:从粗格栅到污水提升泵房,经过细格栅,到达沉砂池再经过CASS反应器,最后出水;
污泥的流程为:从CASS反应器排出的剩余污泥首先进入浓缩池,进入脱水机房,最后外运处置。
污水经过处理后水质达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中一级标准。进水水质和出水水质如下:
进水水质:COD=600 mg/L;BOD5=240 mg/L,SS=280mg/L,NH3-N=45 mg/L。
出水水质:BOD5为20mg/L,SS为20mg/L,CODcr为60mg/L,NH3-N为15mg/L)。
污泥处理路线如下:
污泥→污泥浓缩池→污泥脱水间→泥饼外运。
设计主要构筑物设计数据如下:
粗格栅:间隙数为31;栅槽有效宽度为1.85m;栅槽总高度为1.25m;栅槽总长1.99m。两组,一用一备。
集水池:有效容积为141.3m3;高度为4.2m;长度为10m,宽度为5m。提升泵选用500QW2100-8型排污泵四台,三用一备。
细格栅:间隙数为70;栅槽有效宽度为1.04m;栅槽总高度为1.33m;栅槽总长2.87m。三组,两用一备。
钟式沉砂池:型号900;流量880L/s;直径4.87m;电功率0.75KW。两台。
CASS反应器:容积为29076m3;采用4座相同的反应池,采用四边形池,池宽14.3m,长度为71.5m,高为7.2m。每池选用 2 台压筒旋转式滗水器,滗水量1500m3/h,滗水深度1.3。每池选用1台80QW50-10-3型潜污泵提升污泥。
污泥浓缩池:浓缩时间取T=18h;面积为138.8m2;总高度8.4m。
污泥脱水间:设置压滤机两台。
本设计采用CASS工艺,该工艺系统稳定性好,剩余污泥少,同时产生数量可观的沼气,可综合利用。

This design topic is 80,000 tons/day urban sewage CASS process design. The main task of the sewage treatment plant was completing preliminary design and single processing structure construction design. This project aimed at the characteristics of urban sewage, adopted new technology to handle CASS urban sewage treatment.
The effective management of urban sewage should follow the following principles:
(1) according to the characteristics of urban sewage choose reasonable and feasible treatment process route, accomplish process is advanced, the technical reliable, convenient operation, easy maintenance, etc.
(2) determines various process parameters, and analysis to determine the optimal value.
(3) using new materials, new technology, new product to prolong the service life of equipment.
(4) in guarantee under the premise of treatment effect, reduce occupied land area, in order to reduce the investment in infrastructure and daily operation cost.
Design content including sewage treatment and sludge treatment and disposal of two parts.
The sewage plant of wastewater treatment process for: from coarse to the sewage pump room, ascension grid through fine grille, to sink sand pool again by CASS reactor, finally effluent;
Sludge flow from CASS reactor for: discharge of excess sludge first enter enrichment pool, into the dehydration room, finally sinotrans disposal.
Sewage water quality reaches the national processed the integrated wastewater discharge standard "(1996) GB8978 - in first grade level. Feed water quality and effluent is as follows:
The incoming water: COD = 600 mg/L; BOD5 = 240 mg/L, SS = 280mg/L, NH3 - N = 45 mg/L.
Effluent BOD5 20mg/L for: 20mg/L, SS for CODcr 60mg/L for, for 15mg, NH3 - N/L).
The sludge treatment route as follows:
Sludge - sludge concentration pool - sludge dewatering and mud cake sinotrans between.

Thick grille: clearance number is 31; Gate slot effective width for 1.85 m; Gate slot total height of 1.25 m; Gate slot chief 199 m. Two groups, one with a ready.
Set for 141.3 pool: effective volume; the m3 The height is 4.2 m; The length, width is was for 10m. Ascension 500QW2100-8 pump selection of sewage pump four, three with a ready.
Fine grille: clearance number is 70; Gate slot for effective width 104 m; Gate slot total height of 1.33 m; Gate slot chief 2.87 m. Three groups, amphibious a ready.
Bell type sinking sand pool: model 900; Flow 880L/s; Diameter 4.87 m; Theelectrohydraulic power 0.75 KW. Two.
CASS reactor: volume for 29076m3; Using four seat by the same reaction pool, pool, pool width 14.3 quadrangular 71.5 m length of m, high 7.2 m.
