目前,计算机辅助设计与制造技术(CAD/CAM)已广泛应用于工农业生产各个领域,在科学计算、工程设计等方面发挥了巨大作用。采用AUTOCAD、CAXA等软件进行减速器辅助设计也亦收到很好的效果。
本文在介绍计算机辅助设计三维造型原理、方法、步骤的基础上,基于
具有实体特征造型功能、参数化、单一数据库的Pro/ENGINEER软件平台,
结合圆柱齿轮减速器的结构和功能特点,对其进行了一体化三维造型设计。
从实体造型设计角度出发,为满足对其箱座和箱盖配合面、轴承座孔相对位
置较高的要求,提出了其主要零件(箱体)一体化设计造型的方法。通过对
圆柱齿轮减速器所有零件的结构形状进行详细分析归类,根据各类零件结构
形状,分别用Pro/ENGINEER中相应实体特征造型功能,完成了圆柱齿轮减
速器主要零件三维实体造型设计。利用Pro/ENGINEER的装配功能进行了零
部件组装,产生了装配爆炸图,创建了箱座工程图。
通过研究,实现了圆柱齿轮减速器快速、准确的建模和装配设计。所得
到的三维实体模型直观、逼真地显现了减速器主要零件的详细结构和形状,
便于进行干涉检查,有效节约了产品的设计时间,提高了设计效率,为减速
器的参数化设计奠定了基。
