一般都要用到first,next,then,finally,他们表示步骤.还有put out(放）,mix up（搅拌），pour（倒），cut up（切碎）,peel（剥皮），add..to（加上）,boil(煮）表示动作。
如：
First,put the butter（黄油） on a slice（片） of bread（面包）.Then cut up an onion（洋葱） and a tomato（番茄）.Add these to the bread.Next,put some lettuce（生菜） and the chicken（鸡肉） slices on the bread.Put the relish（调料） on the chicken. Finally,put another（另一个） slice of bread on the top（上）.
如：
