--NO IMPLIED WAIVERS
The failure of one Party at any time to require performance by the other of any provision hereof shall, in no way, affect such party's right to require full performance thereof at any time thereafter; nor shall the waiver by one Party of a breach of any provision hereof, be taken or held to be a waiver by such Party of any succeeding breach of such provision or as a waiver of the provision itself.
