我觉得就是选B吧，其它的：
A，根据后边，我确实不能去，没有‘看情况’的意思。
C,not really，是想去的意思。
D,是征询对方意见。
所以我觉得就是选b.

omg,我大意了，没仔细看题目啊，刚刚错的离谱。错了就表示沉默。
原来not really啊，恩，表示想去但是没钱，说的通。

注：“Not Really”通常是作为“不”的委婉说法。
