vs2010软件英文转为中文的问题

电脑上之前安装的是VS2010旗舰版英文的版本，后来我从网上下载了一个VS2010专业中文版的，我以为用中文版的覆盖安装后软件会自动变为中文，可现在还是英文板的，但起始界面的时候会用中文显示“VS2010旗舰版”，在VS中有en，zh_cn,zh_chs,zh等几个文件夹，我想那就是中文的语言相关的文件在里面吧，全部是DLL和xml，在xml文件里没有路径的配置，故把zh这些文件夹里的文件全部拷贝到en里，启动软件还是英文版，把en文件删除软件正常启动……
现在问题来了，在不卸载原本VS2010旗舰版的前提下怎么把他的界面弄为中文的？因为对VS201O不熟所以要用中文的提示……而且那旗舰版是公司装的，不能卸载…
