放长假给国家和个人带来了许多好处。对个人而言，放长假可以进行身心修整，可用放假的时间充电学习。对国家而言，可以节省部分能源，促进经济发展。
长假也带来一些问题。比如旅游区人满为患，对文物古迹和自然资源造成严重的破坏；交通部门出现旅客运输高峰，易发生交通事故及刑事案件。
总之，放长假有好的一面，也有不好的一面。国家应该充分考虑各种情况，进行合理的安排。
Is it bring a lot of advantages to country and individual to have long holidays. As to individual , can repair the body and mind while having long holidays , can charge and study in holiday . Can save some energy , bring about an advance in economy as to country. Long holidays bring some questions too. Such as tourist zone being overstaffed , cause serious destruction to the cultural relics and historic sites and natural resources; Passenger transport peak appears in the traffic department, the traffic accident incident and criminal case.
