have是不是只有在表示现在完成时时，它的否定和反义才用have?其他情况是不是都借助do?谢谢

你说的不全面。

当have 作“有”讲时，在一般现在时的时候：
在英式英语里否定，疑问和反义疑问句都用have
如 I have got a brother / Have you got a brother? / I haven't got a brother. / I have got a brother, haven't I?
但是在美式英语里，却用助动词。
如 I have a brother / Do you have a brother? / I don't have a brother. / I have a brother, don't I? 是英式还是美式，关键看句子是否有got

当have 不当“有”讲时，英式美式都一样，都用助动词疑问，否定和反义疑问。
如 He has lunch at school - He doesn't have lunch at school.

其他情况，就是当have表示时态的时候，have 是助动词，用have 进行疑问否定和反义疑问。
有两个时态：现在完成时，现在完成进行时。不知道你们是否都学过？
如 I have eaten breakfast. - I haven't eaten breakfast. （现在完成时）
I have been sitting here. - I haven't been sitting here. (现在完成进行时)

不知道你学没学过去完成时，hadn't
如果没学，那么只有完成时的时候，否定是haven't or hasn't
一般现在时和一般过去式don't didn't
将来时用 won't , is not going to, shall not, is not about to等等
现在进行式用 isn't
