跪求自我介绍英文版， 大概内容如下， 请各位英文高手帮帮忙， 尽量简单&口语化，非常感谢。。。

那就先由我来做个自我介绍吧， 我叫Carol, 今年1月初到这个单位上班，到现在已经快5个月了， 虽然大学时期就已经自己一个人在外地生活有好几年了， 但是由于自己比较内向，胆小紧张的性格，加上现在的工作于之前的完全不一样， 我想我还需要一点时间去适应，（现在在做自我介绍， 我已经觉得很紧张），我会努力让自己更快的适应，在这里学到更多不一样的东西。

Although I have lived outside my hometown by myself for many years during my college life,I find that I still need sometime to adjust myself, becausse I am inward and timid,and what's more ,this job differs from my previous one completely. To be frank,I feel a little nervous now. But I will tyr my best to adjust myself as soon as possible, and learn more different things from here.Thank you!
