众所周知,中等职业教育对国家的经济发展起着极为重要的作用。社会不仅需要高学历的人才研究顶尖的科学技术,更需要大量熟练掌握专业技能的劳动大军运用技术来推动经济巨轮。作为培养和造就亿万高素质的技术人才的教育基地——中等职业学校,其本身就需要大量的优秀人才。然而由于学校的教职员工普遍具有较高的学历和其他方面的能力素养,具有自主性、个性化和创新精神等特点,因此员工平均流动率远高于其他类型的企业。虽然适度的员工流动有利于学校保持活力,有利于引进优秀人才、淘汰不合格员工,但如果流失率过高,学校将蒙受直接损失并影响到学校工作的连续性、工作质量和其他人员的稳定性。在人员流动日盗频繁的今天,如何降低人才流失率问题已成为中等职业学校人力资源管理中的一大难题。
本文以一所国家重点中等职业学校为背景,通过对学校内青年教师、骨干教师、优秀中层干部流失现象的分析,找出导致学校人才流失的关键因素和其人力资源管理方面存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。希望能为解决降低中等职业学校人才流失率的问题提供一些思路。
