1选A缺的是主语，所以用what，what is more important可以当做固定词组来记
2C这是as...as结构，解释为和....一样多，不用that的
3选C这边就是一个简单的比较结构，比较级后面加的是than，不是which
4选B解释为从门后面看到，所以要加from，原来先行词在从句中就是做状语的，所以是from where
