本文通过对异构关系数据库移植的技术、方法及工具进行研究分析后，提出利用Delphi作为编程环境，以SQL Server和Oracle两种典型关系数据库作为参考，设计出一种异构关系数据库移植软件。本文首先采用ADOConnection控件对双方数据库进行连接，然后使用ADOQuery控件提取源关系数据库的模式和数据信息，将其转换成标准SQL与PL/SQL相混合的语句，最后在目标关系数据库当中执行，以达到移植效果。

This paper researches and analyzes the techniques, methods and tools of the heterogeneous relational database migration, and proposes to design a heterogeneous relational database migration software making use of Delphi as IDE and the two classic relational databases SQL Server and Oracle as reference. This paper adopts the ADOConnecton widget to connect the databases of both sides firstly, and then uses ADOQuery widget to collect the modes and data information of the relational databases and translates them into standard SQL and PL/SQL blended statement, and finally executes in the Target relational database in order to realize the effect of migration.
