My Favourite Food.
I love to eat. The food i love most is my mum's cooking. She is a great cook. My mum used to study overseas so she can cook various types of cuisine, such as chinese food, western food and indian food. She can bake as well.
We are cantonese so it is essential to have soup during our meal time, especially during dinner time. My mum's soup taste the best. She put a lot of fresh ingredient and stewed the soup to perfection. My second favourite dish is potato braised chicken wings. I can eat two bowl of rice, whenever this dish is on the dinning table. I love to hang out in the kitchen and help my mum to cook. Now i can cook scrambled eggs with tomato all by myself. I wish someday i can be like my mum, has good culinary skills.

我喜欢吃。我最爱的食物就是我妈妈煮的菜肴。她的厨艺很棒。妈妈以前留学海外所以学会很多不一样的菜系如中餐，西餐和印度餐。妈妈也会做蛋糕。
我们是广东人所以汤是必须的，尤其是在晚餐。我妈妈煲的汤最好喝。她用很多新鲜的材料，也煲的够火候。我第二道喜欢的菜肴是土豆焖鸡翅。每当餐桌有着一道菜，我就能吃两碗饭。我喜欢在厨房里帮妈妈煮菜。如今我学会自己做西红柿炒蛋。我希望有一天能像妈妈那样有很棒的厨艺。
