An experiment was made withTagetes erecta being used as test materials to study polyethylene glycol (chloropropanoic) simulation under drought stress exogenous nitric oxide (NO) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) induced marigold formation process of adventitious roots and ultrastructural changes of implants. The results show that, under drought stress somatic swelling, nuclei deformation media chromatin condensed and marginalized, in the mitochondria cavity cavitation, chloroplast grana slice layer structure gradually fuzzy, rough endoplasmic reticulum expansion. Chloropropanoic and NO or H2O2 in complex function, followed closely spaced cells, or in the chloroplast grana clear slice layer, closely spaced a particle, mitochondria number less osmium tetroxide increasing, dual mode complete structure, inside the crest clear rich, rough endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes attached more normal structure.
