The Lean Transformation Project will effect the whole KSB Shanghai organization. As a first pilot project in Phase I, our product OMEGA was chosen to establish a optimized material & information flow within the machining and assembly area and all related departments.
In the first step we will also focus on the establishment of a Lean Transformation center as a central point in our organization. The methodology of lean have to get present in our daily work and will lead us to more success in the future. After gaining experience with restructuring the processes of Omega the plan is to subsequent reorganization the production lines of the other KSB products.
To manage this challenge, its unalterable that all the involved departments of KSB Shanghai collaborate high motivated as good as possible. Only if we all pull together, we can achieve great success.
