通过试验研究发现:(1)热泵箱体内的相对湿度越大,海参的干燥时间越长,本试验中分别在相对湿度为28%和32%两种条件下进行海参干燥,终了含水率均为13%左右,试验结果表明在相对湿度为32%条件下干燥海参的时间要比相对湿度为28%条件下干燥海参的时间长越30min;(2)热泵箱体内的风速越大,海参的干燥时间越短,本试验中分别在风度为1.8m/s和0.85m/s两种条件下进行海参干燥,终了含水率均为13%左右,试验结果表明在风度为1.8m/s条件下干燥海参的时间要比风速为0.85m/s条件下干燥海参的时间短约60min;(3)海参的个体越小,海参的干燥时间越短,本试验中分别在个体平均长度为5.665cm和4.225cm两种条件下进行海参干燥,终了含水率均为13%左右,试验结果表明在个体平均长度为5.665cm条件下干燥海参的时间要比个体平均长度为4.225cm条件下干燥海参的时间长越35min;通过对海参的收缩率和复水比的试验分析表明,海参的终了含水率了直接影响到海参收缩率的大小,本试验中海参的终了还水率均为13%左右,侧得海参的收缩率均为22%左右。海参的复水比在前5分钟内曲线成上升趋势,随着时间的增加海参吸水量逐渐减少,曲线成平稳下降趋势。
