In various scams, it has not only been websites that have disappeared, but actual shops have also vanished overnight.始终不理解这句话中it has not only been websites that have disappeared中that引导的是定语从句还是强调句，我感觉是强调句，但据说强调句只能用is 和was，但如果是定语从句的话怎么翻译好。还有not only but also在句子中用法是否正确？ 请指教！

that have disappeared是定语从句，对websites进行修饰。that在从句中作主语的。
“已经消失的”
not only but also在句子中用法是对的，“不但，，，而且。。。”
但是，这句话中，我个人认为有地方有错。shops have 中间应该有个连接词which/that和前面一样地引导一个定语从句，对actual shops 进行修饰。
In various scams, it has not only been websites （that have disappeared）, but actual shops (that have also vanished overnight)括号里的分别是两个定语从句。
“在形形色色的欺诈当中，不但有那些已经消失的网站，还有那些真实的一夜之间消失的店铺。”
