摘要:随着社会的发展，媒体在公共危机管理中的作用越来越凸显[1] .公共危机管理中,媒体本应该执行以下主要职能:构建畅通的信息传播,执行公共危机预警,形成正确的社会舆论导向,发挥高效的社会监督,及时稳定社会公众的情绪等.但是由于媒体公共危机管理意识淡薄,媒体行业本身管理不规范,从业人员素质良莠不齐,媒体社会责任意识在某些场合缺失,以及媒体监督的法律地位没有确立等原因,导致我国媒体在参与公共危机管理的过程中存在如下几个问题:缺乏公共信息传播渠道,歪曲事实的现象时有发生,公共危机监督功能乏力等.因此,有必要通过深化媒体参与公共危机管理意识,加快媒体监督法规的建设,加强媒体自身管理体制改革,提升从业者的自身素质等来强化媒体参与公共危机管理的功能
