A: What is your favorite animal?
B: My favorite animal is dog. I think dogs are friendly and kind. They can help us do lots of things. Such as guard our house, help the policeman and the blind, guand the sheep and save people and so on.
C: I really agree with you. I have a pet dog named Lucky. It has white and soft furs with two small ears and a long tail. It is given by my aunt as my birthday. It is so friendly and lovely that we all love it very much. It likes playing balls outside so I often take it our for a walk. It also likes to be clean so I wash it and make it clean twice every week. I often feed it with dog food and saussages. It likes one of my best friend.
D: You are lucky to have this kind of pet. It is a lot of work to keep a pet,isn't it?
C: Yes, that's true. I walk my pet dog at least twice a day. I feed her, spend time with it and watch it when it is out of its doghouse. Sometimes when I brush it, I end up with hair all over me. But I think it is all worth it. It gives its love to me in return.
D: Really?
C: Yes. I think my pet dog can tell when I am happy, sad, angry or troubled.

B: Ok. Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears two green eyes and eight whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.Do you know what it is? A cat? feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.
Sally is a very good friend, but she is quite lazy! She never worries because we take good care of her. She is always a happy cat.
