员工作为企业最基本的资源是企业发展的关键因素,建立有效的企业员工激励对企业来说是非常重要的。本文主要从现代企业员工激励机制所存在的问题入手来研究如何建立有效可行的激励机制。主要问题有:激励制度缺失,落实不力、激励手段单一, 缺乏针对性、激励过程中缺乏沟通等五种情况。重点提出构建激励机制的3点内容:建立企业特色的企业文化、物质的激励、精神激励。
