Abstract
Control chart method and cause-effect diagram method, as the methods of mass analysis and control, are both very effective. The functions of mass control method on mechinary industry production and fault analysis were introduced in the case of control chart method and cause-effect method, including the analytical mechanism, the design and culculation of control chart and cause-effect diagram. Meanwhile the peculiarities and applicabilities of the two methods were analyzed.
