本文分析了国内红枣产业发展的现状、趋势以及黄河滩枣产业发展的条件。通过沿黄滩栆主产区红枣品种资源、生产、管理、及服务体系等方面的调查研究，认为制约陕西黄河滩枣产业发展的关键因素是：小农意识强，缺乏科学的生产经营管理体制；政府扶持力度小和政策落实效率低，；红枣基地设施落后，服务体系不健全，技术投入少；县域间竞争激烈，未形成统一的大品牌；营销渠道不畅，市场占有率低。针对这些问题提出了以下解决对策：树立开拓现代的生产经营观念；加强政府扶持力度和政策落实；加强对红枣基地的建设，加大科研技术的投入；实施红枣跨县产业化，加强县域合作；完善市场营销体系，提高市场占有率。
