【摘要】作为建设工程产品的工程项目，投资和消耗的人工、材料和能源都相当大，建筑施工项目质量的优劣一方面关系到工程适用性，关系到人民生命财产的安全，另一方面关系到企业的生存。因此，加强工程项目质量管理有着重要的现实意义。本文将建筑施工项目质量管理作为一个系统工程，从质量计划的编制、质量保证、质量控制三个方面，对如何提高我国建筑施工项目质量管理进行了初步的研究。

,aiming at reseachingon how to improve the quality of China's constrution project based on the formation of quality plan, quality assuarance and quality control.

【 abstract 】As construction engineering product engineering projects, investment and consumption of labor, materials and energy are quite large, construction project quality fit and unfit quality hand in relation to engineering applicability, relates to the safety of the lives and property of the people, on the other hand related to enterprise survival. Therefore, strengthening project quality management has important practical significance. This article will construction project quality management as a systems engineering, from quality plan, quality assurance and quality control three aspects on how to improve our country building, the construction project quality management has carried on the preliminary research.
