c++中怎样完成类之间的转换？

从student类转化为teacher类要怎样转换，用类型转换函数可以么？
这样写为啥老是报错

楼上说的方法也许可行，但c＋＋语只允许对象在有继承关系的类之间进行类型转换，这是为了数据的封装，你要用这种方法转化，或者再写的函数，那就破坏了面向对象的编程思想了，又回到面向过程了。
你可以这样class teacher:student;
让student作为teacher的基类；

在teacher类里面加一个构造函数。

teacher（student s）
{
//将s的数据对应到teacher类里面
}

然后转化的时候
teacher t（a）；
即可
