Abstract: Bacillus from 1 to 348 (Bacilluscereus) isolated and bred in the high superoxide dismutase (Superoxidedismutase) strain C32 8, and carried out the conditions for enzyme production. The results showed that the best enzyme production strains the optimum temperature 30 ~ 35 ℃, the optimum initial medium pH 8.0 ~ 8.5.。. Metal ions Cu2 +, Mn2 +, Zn2 +, Tween 80, Division 80 classes, sodium succinate and salts CaCl2, CaCO3 on the production of enzyme inhibition.
