Dear Mr. President,

I want to show my opinions on students’ scientific and technological abilities for innovation and give some my suggestions.
There is a common problem in many university, schools can not improve students` innovation ability well. Many schools teach students most is the empirical things. Because the reasons for lack of funds, few experimental course offered by the school. But I think, the key of improving students` scientific and technological innovation is the change of teaching system and concept.
From my point of view, to enhance the ability of students we should change something. Here are my recommendations of poor. First of all, teachers should change their ideas and improve their own qualities. I do not doubt the capacity of teachers. I just want to say teachers teach should not be limited by textbooks. Textbook is not a panacea. This is more conducive to the exchange of teachers and students. Secondly, innovation comes from hands-on. So, in the context of their ability, schools should operate more experimental course. Let students to hands-on practice, let them to discover problems during practice and solve them. This will better cultivate the sense of innovation.
In short, teacher should stimulate students, schools should provide a good environment and conditions.
