My favorite athlete is Liu Xiang.

In the 2004 Athens Olympics, 110 meter hurdles, the Chinese athlete Liu Xiang won the championship in 13.34 seconds, as the "Flying in Asia "by chinese.In that moment, I and many people very excited , China has finally filled the gap on the competition.
Liu Xiang as a great athlete , led by Sun Haiping coach after a hard training, that he made such a remarkable achievement of this key.He was very patriotic to the cause of China's move to the Olympic competition arena, the project suddenly vulnerable our country into a proud people.
I like this Moment-- Liu Xiang won.

My Efficient Way to Learn English

I am glad to share my methodes in learning English with everybody.
Read English books, listening to English songs and watching English movies are my most effective learning methods.And i have been learning in English adhere to this method.With the method is very important, but if you want to learn English better, then it should be in English to become a part of life, to learn English as a pleasure.
Last the most important thing is patience and never give up.I often find that there are a lot of people who think that the English is too difficult to learn,then they give up.I think learning English that is easy,just to keep learning.

In other, we should pay attention to the exam and the results,The exam is mean to test your studying and see which part you need to improved .I am eager to changllege myself to the higher level in learning English.If you study hard,I think the exam is no problem.
I will keeping work hard and try my best.It is never too old to learn.
