近年来,尽管农村教师的队伍不断扩大,但农村教师,尤其是中青年优秀教师的流失现象依然严重。首先指出农村教师流失一般分为显性状态(从事教学的合格教师直接流出教育界)、中间状态(拿工资而不上班的人员)和隐形状态(“在其位,不谋其政”的一部分老师)。其次分析从农村教师福利待遇差、生活条件苦、工作环境差、农村教师社会地位及教师威信的下降等原因导致农村教师的流失,而农村教师的流失严重制约了当前农村教育发展。最后针对农村教师的流失现象提出了待遇留人、事业留人及感情留人等对策。
