Is sport really good for us?
In our life ,many people like have sports ,but someone didn't.people like have soprts because we can keep our body strong by have sports .what's more ,we can have company with others which give us a opptunity to learn how to cooprate ,how to face with sccess and faliure .
On this problem ,different peple have different opnions.some person hold the idea that have sports is not the only useful way to keep fit .for examle,have a balance diet is also very important.We are easy to have hurt when we have sports .
In my opinion ,I agree with the former that we should have sport .As an old saying say that all work and no play make jake a dull boy.

to figure out whether sport is really good for us ,we have had a discuss about this and here is the results
a huge number of students thought that sport is very good for our health and mental ,through sport,we can make our body strong and get a high sprite.it also can make us closer and closer.
but some students didn't think so ,they thought that sport may be harmful for us if we don't take it properly.a good diet is necessary if you want a healthy body.
in my opinion,sport is very useful ,but we have to learn to protect ourselves .no sport ,no life

In our life, some people love sport while others hate it. However, most of the time, sports are good for us. Different sports have different benefit. Players get healthy bodies when doing sports. Such as basketball, players get to run a lot and exercise their flexibility. One thing all the sports have in common is they all promote team spirit. Players become sole mates with each other as they work as teams. Sport is also a way of releasing. Releasing energy and all the bad stuff in your body and mind can make you feel better. Sport doesn't mean restless exercise. It's just another way to build up your body and have a healthy life.
