How to keep Olympic spirit alive:
Since 2008 Beijing held Olympic game successfully. 3 years has passed, it seems that our country, our people and our society has forgotten what we have done to hold a awesome Olympic game and return to a 'couch potatoes' life style. It is a tragedy, this totally sucks, why everyone forgot what we have fighting for, what we want and what we promised yesterday. I think the answer is we are forgotten the fever we have 3 ans ago and most of people including me do not put sports in to our daily life. Video games, manga, anime, studying, TV series more and more internet based entertainment method are getting more popular in our generation. Sports, moving our muscles seems less important in every seconds. Just think about it, without sports what your life could be? sitting all day long? have a beer belly? obesity? cadioc problems? have health issues? I promise you do not want this, so why don't you sit up and having a little worm up? You know that Olympic spirit is not what the official's shit talk it is real it is in your daily life, when you moving your body, sketching your muscles, sweating, pain, these are what Olympic spirits means. Sports yes this is how we can keep this and have this alive.
So stands up, do 20 push up and feel your body!
