The objective of this document is to define the voice and data infrastructure and also the computer equipment needed for Tecnatom’s employees who will be working in Tecnatom representative office in Beijing.
2 REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION
We have to consider for all computer equipments:
 Installation and configuration must be included and also it must be supplied maintenance as an option.
 Language will be english.
2.1 NETWORK WIRING
It must to be used CAT6E cable for unified voice and data wiring (RJ45) and to consider the following rules for network access point installation:
 At least a network Access point for Workstation (30 workstations  ~ 30 network access port)
 One more network access point for every wireless access point (2 or 3)
 One network access point for a color multifunction printer in the place in which the equipment will be installed.
We need a rack (19” and 15-18U) in which a patch panel with 48 ports will be installed.
Rack location must be close to the entry point of communications lines and with adequate and available refrigeration (temperature must be between 21ºC and 24 ºC).
2.2 POWER SUPPLY
The office must have power supply socket with following distribution:
 At least 2 socket for each Workstation (30 workstation  ~ 60 sockets)
 4 sockets in rack location.
 One socket in color multifunctional printer location

2.3 NETWORK ELECTRONICS
As network electronics we are going to use 2 switches POE Stack 24P (CISCO 2960S or HUAWEI Quidway S3000), both joined with a stack cable. Switches will be configured according to Tecnatom’s specification defined 2 VLAN’s (users and IP telephony).

2.4 WIRELESS INFRASTUCTURE
It must be installed 2 or 3 wireless access point, enough to provide wireless coverage for entire office with following characteristics:
 802.11N standard compliance
 WAP2 protocol and shared key implemented.

2 需求说明
我们需要考虑所有的计算机设备：

2.1 网络线路

我们需要一个19寸的15-18U型架子，上面配有48个插口的插线板。架子的位置必须接近通讯线路的接入点，并且有足够的可用的散热空间，保证温度在21~24ºC。
2.2 电力供给
办公室必须有按照如下规范的电源供应插座：
每个工作站至少有两个插座（30个工作站对应60个插座）
在架子的位置应该安排4个插座。
彩色打印机的位置安排1个插座
2.3 网络电子设备
作为网络电子设备我们准备使用两部POE栈24片刀片交换机（比如CISCO2960S或者华为 Quidway S3000）， 这两部交换机使用栈线路相连接。交换机会根据Tecnatom公司的说明文档定义的两种虚拟局域网（用户和IP电话）进行配置。
下面的是网络配置的结构图：
2.4 无线网络架构
必须配置有2~3个无线网络接入点，必须提供对整个办公区域的无线网络覆盖，而且必须满足下述标准：
802.11N标准兼容
 WAP2协议和实施了共享密钥的无线网络。
