信用证最后一点问题

问题：请问这里要出受益人声明吗？先写一份受益人声明，we hereby certify that all shipments under this credit has been sent to XXXX insurance company,address XXXXXX(FAX:XXXXX) by FAX and the opener by FAX XXXX.然后在附上传真的原文件？还是直接附一张传真的原文件就行了。

2.Full set of original clean shipped on board "bill of lading" drawn or endorsed to the order of XXXX bank,address:XXXXXX.showing "freight prepaid" marked and notify openers and us giving full name and address.
问题：其中的shipped on board是不是也要显示在提单上？还有这个clean呢，指的是干净的提单，还是需要显示在提单上呢？

这里要出写一份受益人证词，证词需要这样出：
We certify that all shipments under this credit must be advised by us within 03(three) days after shipment directly to XXXX insurance company,address XXXXXX(FAX:XXXXX)on *** 2011

注意：1）within 03 (three)days 也要写上，语序要与信用证一致。
2）ADVISED 不要用sent
3）需要把你发传真的日期加上。

你交单的时候，关于保险规定这方面，要交一个证词，一个通知保险公司的文件，还要一个传真条。

网络传真机也可以，你发送成功之后应该有回执的，你把回执打印出来作为交单的凭证，回执上也要加盖业务章！

1.是受益人声明。写上你上述的话，并写上详细的SHIPMENT如：船航，货柜号，封号，BL 号，货描，件数，重量等
2.SHIPPED ON BOARD 可以由船公司或货代注明在BL上的。CLEAN 只清洁提单，即除去要显示的信息外没有额外标注（标注的都是有问题）很少见的。

由开证人（Opener）承担保险费，该信用证下的所有海运单据必须由受益人在装船后三天内直接告知xxx保险公司，地址xxxxxxx(传真：XXXX),而且开证人根据保单号XXXXX给出全部装船详细说明（如：船航，货柜号，封号，BL 号，货描，件数，重量等）。并且每一套海运单据都要有这样的通知/声明副本。
需要受益人做个向保险公司做个声明的；至于你说的是传真给保险公司还是怎么的，建议和保险公司联系下，看到底需要什么吧。保险公司一般是不会要正本的，因为正本的海运单据要由受益人提交银行，兑现信用证款项，再由开证人去银行那相应单据而后才能去提货的。

clean shipped on board 一般要显示在提单上，不过一般都是写 clean on board
以说明出的是清洁提单（提单：bill of lading），不过，提单上没有任何标注，也就说明是清洁提单了。
此外，注意“freight prepaid”也得显示在提单上，说明这是运费已付的提单，也就是说，该信用证下要求的提单是 运费已付的清洁提单

1、在传真的装运通知上做证明上述（或下述内容）已传真即可。
2、CLEAN不需要显示，只要没有与货物或包装明确的不良批注就是清洁的。shipped on board应该以shipped 或on board的字样出现，如果是备运提单，还要有装运日的批注。
