The lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of mordern socialty. For example, the number eight means big money which people like most, while the number four means death.
　　Some people believe lucky numbers so deeply that they will afford a telephone with numbers without four and others which is bad in their mind. they argue that the lucky-number really can bring good luck, and, at least, no evidence testify they can not.

　　As far as I am concerned, there is no such relationship betwwen the numbers and lucky, for the reason that numbers theirself are given certain meaning for the purpose of application of mathmetic. And, In addition, man should not depend on lucky which, in their mind, the numbers gives them.

Some people think that lucky number will bring good luck. Therefore, they will try to get a lucky telephone number or a car license plate number at all costs.
However, I think that lucky numbers have nothing to do with real luck. It is a traditional superstition to link lucky numbers with luck. On the one hand, one should never expect a pie to fall from the sky. In other words, one shouldn't depend on luck for success,instead one should make efforts to win success. On the other hand, it is an illusion to expect lucky numbers to bring luck. Admittedly, in Chinese culture 8 is associated with a good fortune; 66 are associated with smoothness; 999 are associated with successful love, but they can not really bring luck.
Therefore,we shouldn't exaggerate lucky numbers, to say nothing of trying to get lucky numbers at great costs.
