Neither party shall have any claim for damage whatsoever against the
other for failure to carry out any of its obligations under this contract as a
result of the occurrence of any event beyond its reasonable control and which
is not caused by the parties including but without limiting the generality of
foregoing strike or labour disturbance, fire riots, power failure caused by
natural calamities, weather, war embargoes, stoppage of mines and railway,
prohibition of export or import, delays of vessel in arriving at the port of
loading or discharge order regulations of acts of any governmental authority.

如果发生任何下列一方不能合理控制而且并非由一方导致的事件，则另一方不可就其不能履行本合同项下义务提出任何赔偿损失要求，前述该等事件一般包括但不限于：罢工或劳方骚乱、火灾、因自然灾害导致的停电、天气、战争禁运、矿区和铁路封禁、禁止进出口、因任何政府机构的行为规定或指示导致的货轮晚抵装卸港口。
