目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术后的护理，达到预防和控制感染，减少并发症发生，提高生存率。方法： 对我院神经外科2008年12月至2009年1月收治的50例重型颅脑损伤患者行气管切开术后进行精心护理。结果 在临床实践中，有30例患者GCS15分，好转17例，死亡2例，植物生存1例，其中1例并发肺部或切口感染。结论 通过对重型颅脑损伤患者给予气管切开术后采取有效的护理措施，能预防肺部感染与并发症发生，提高治愈率。

Objective to explore the severe head injury patients after tracheotomy nursing, to prevent and control of infection and reduce complications, improve survival. Methods: in our neurosurgery in December 2008 to jan. 2009, 50 cases of severe head injury patients were done after tracheotomy meticulous care. The results in clinical practice, has 30 patients GCS15 points, 17 cases were improved, 2 cases died, plants survival in 1 cases, one of which concurrent lungs, or incision infection. Conclusions by the severe head injury patients to give tracheotomy taken after the effective nursing measures, can prevent a lung infection and complications, improve the curative rate.
