3 这里用的是强调句结构It is ---- - -that- - - - - .改成非强调句就是：What has made Peter what he is today. 第一个what是疑问代词，第二个what是关系代词==someone / something that.所以： What(疑问代词) is it that（强调句的连接词） has made Peter what（关系代词） he is today?
