请外贸高手帮我看看这个信用证附加条款中有没有软条款啊,高手帮我看看啊,我第一次做信用证,感觉看不懂啊.能翻译一下是最好啦,指点我一下啊!拜托!!
信用证条款如下:documents required 46 B:
+signed commercial invoice in 4 folds
+full set of clean on board oceanic b/l consigned and notified to applicant, market freight collect with destination valencia port spain, and notify travima forwarding valencia s.l.
+packing list in 3 folds
+certificate of origin gsp form a issued by the competent authorities, original plus copy.
+beneficiary's certificate stating that neither articles quoting original marks
+beneficiary's certificate stating that all articles must be barcode item, and applicant references

additional. cond. 47 b:
+if discrepant documents are presented to us, we will give notice of refusal and hold document at presenter's disposal. however, unless any prior instructions to the contrary are received, if we obtain a waiver of discrepancies, document may be released to the applicant. in such event we will have no liability to the presenter, in respect of such release.
in the event of discrepancies, a deduction of eur 60,00 or its countervalue in the l/c currency, plus swift charges, will be deducted from the remittance of proceeds.

附加条款没有问题,是正常的条款.大意是:
如果提示的单据有不符点,我行会发出拒付通知书,同时保留单据听候交单人指示.但是,在放单前我行没有接到交单人的相反指示(即:交单人指示不向申请人放单)的情况下,如果申请人接受不符点,我行也会接受不符点并放单给申请人,在此情况下的放单,我行不承担任何责任.
每一不符点处理费60欧元,或其他等值货币.以及电传费用,都由受益人承担.
