在这章学习之后，我开始在闲暇时间开始试着去了解自己，在做每一件事时，开始尝试分析自己，并开始去聆听别人对自己的评价，努力去改善自己！！！
渐渐的我发现了自己本身的一些变化，这让我感到很兴奋，我感到自己正在慢慢进步，慢慢变得成熟起来！！
本书的第二章：生涯规划和生命历程
这一章，则更精细的剖析了人的一生，从受精卵的发育到出生，成长乃至死亡……足了详细地揭示。
通过对这一章的学习，我不仅明白了生命的奥秘，更学到了我们应对生命的态度！！更了解到生涯发展是伴随我们一生的，我们应用正确地的态度对待他！！
我现在变得开始崇拜生命，因为她从那么弱小的一个细胞分裂为一如此强壮的个体，其中有多少艰难困苦，生命竟这么一步步延续下来，蓬勃起来！！
并且我现在已经可以以平和的态度直对死亡了，因为我明白死亡是生命的一个历程，是生命的升华，是人生最完美的谢幕！！只有真正了解了死亡才是真正感知了生命！！
而生命的延续，是需要学习、工作、生活来点缀得，要想然自己的生命有意义，就要做好自己的生涯规划！

Chinese original text: In this semester, I am chiefly grinding away chapter one, two, three and twelve from the book what is called <The Career Plan>. In these four chapters, it talks emphasizely about the concept about "I" in the career, and the relationship between me and my friends as who is beside me. It let me genuine understand myself, know myself, and how much this meant to the society.
I want to do a simple summary from my learning as following:
First chapter in the book: Career Plan and uderstand myself. What I learned from this chapter is that I grasped the concept of the Career Plan, and its development process history, and correlation theory. In addation, I also learned the concrete concept about the selfhood, I understood the Career Plan is very important for all my life. After I learned this chapter, I started to try to understand myself at my own good time. When I do something, I start to analyze myself, and try to listen respectfully the evaluation from other people, and try hard to improve myself.
Gradually, I found some changes from myself, and I felt very excited, I think I have been tardily progress, and become mellower.
The Second Chapter in the book: The Career Plan and life process history.
In this Chapter, it is refinedly analysing human's life, from the development of zygote to to be born, growing and death. It showed in details.
What I learned from this chapter is that I did not only understand the mystery of life, but also I learned the attitude to our lives. I understood that the career develoment follows our whole lfves, we should treat it as a right attitude.
Now I started to worship life, because it can be divided puny the cell to become a body, how much stress does it have. The life can continue step by step and with the full of vitality.
In addation, now I have a placid attitude to direct the death, because I understood that the death is just a process history in the life, it is the most consummate curtain call in the life. Only those who apperceive the live certainly can come to know the real death.
The continuity of the life is interspersed with study, work and life. If you want the life to make sense, you must have to do the Career Plan！

During this term, I get to learn the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 12ve chapters of 《career-planning》. These 4 chapters put the concept of me and the relationship of "me" and the people near in "my" career as the main point. According to this study, I get to know myself and absorb the apperception of my existing in the society!
This is a simple abstract to my studying content below:

First chapter: career-planning and self-knowing
By studying this chapter, I master the concept, the evolution and relative theory of career-planning and understand how important I plan my career.
After this, I try to analyse and improve myself when doing something by listen respectfully to others. Gradually I find some changes of myself which makes me very excited. I became maturer and maturer.

Second chapter:career-planning and life course
Lift course is particularly shown in this chapter.
In accordance with this chapter, I am no longer strange to life, at one time, I have learnt the needful attitude to life whenever the career course would be with me all my life.

I start to adore life now because it is an extremely hard process to form a new life! I will never fear death, because I realize death is just a part, a flores and a perfect ending of life! Understanding death is a condition of understanding life! Studying, working and living is to paint the continuation of life. It is neccesary to plan our career for the meaningful lives.
