摘要：自20世纪90年代以来,计算机网络已经在中小型企业的日常运作中扮演着越来越重要的角色，企业网已经成为连接企业、事业内部各部门并与外界交流信息的重要基础设施，企业经营活动的各种业务信息系统都必然立足于Internet／Intranet环境。在网络互连的前提下，时间和距离的隔阂几乎消除了，但是在享受网络互连代来的快捷、便利的同时，企业也面临网络安全漏洞、黑客攻击等带来的巨大挑战。
本论文在考虑中小企业的网络建设现况和实际网络功能需求等因素的前提下，对如何搭建一个高效、稳定并且可以满足现在与今后要求的网络，以及针对中小企业的网络安全管理策略进行了阐述。
