A newspaper office was holding a debeation on this days , and the item is : Is it necessary to issue personality certificate ? Somebody approve with it , first , they think it can
force the student to cultivate personality . and get one more certificate isn't not allowed .But some are argue against with it. they thnk , the personality certificate is a kind of violate
of personaliry. and different people have different rule of personality.
In my opinion , whether it is necessary to issue personality should obey the society ,if the environment of the society fits it ,it will be ok ,but if not , it's unnecessary.
