我其实就是很不确定appropriate representatives到底该译成什么，但是句子万成分就是那样的系表结构啊，找不到个合适的词。QA是QUALITY ASSURANCE的缩写啊，部门的话要加个department吧，仅供参考

中间那个and for systems..是不是应该也是指直接影响系统的合适代表呢。其实我纠结的就是QA should review the specification 和他之前的那句话到底有什么关系。
