Spring Festival is my favorite. It usually comes in January or in February. It's the most important festival of the year and it is a time when all the family gets together.
I like Spring Festival because I have lots of free time at this time of the year. I can decorate the house with beutiful lights and flowers with my mother. There is always a big meal on New Year's Eve and on New Year's Day I wear my new clothes and visit friends and relatives. I can always get red packet with money so that I can buy whatever I want. What's more, My parents often take me to watch dragon and lion dacing. It's quite a bit fun.

My favorite festival is the Spring Festival. Why? Because the Spring Festival is the most important festival in China, and I have lots of fun at the Spring Festival. I can have delicious food and wear new clothes .I can also get some money and gifts from my parents.
I’m always happy at the Spring Festival.
On the eve of the Spring Festival, The first thing we often do is to paste on doors a spring couplet which is written on red paper to give a happy and prosperous atmosphere. Then, the whole family sit together to make dumplings. After eating dumplings, my father and I go outdoors to set off firecrackers .We often stay up late to see New Year in.
On the first day of the Spring Festival, we put on our best clothes and call on our relatives and friends, wishing them all the luck in the coming year.
The Spring Festival is coming. I hope my parents will give me some books as gifts, because I want to learn more knowledge.

My favorite festival is New Year’s Day.On that day,I don’t have to go to school,and I usually spend two hours on my homework ,then enjoy myself.
On New Year’s Day ,my mother will buy new clothes for us.She likes shopping very much .My father dosen’t have to go to work.I stay at home to play computer games with him.The games are interesting and we get quite happy.At noon ,we have a big meal at home .I like the delicious food very much.And in the afternoon,we go to the countryside to visit my grandparents.I have no time to see them on weekdays.They’re very happy and give me much delicious food.I eat too much and have a stomachache.They all have a good laugh!
