前期不建议跟老外学，国内外教不管你说得如何都是鼓励你，要跟他们学，最好有一定基础。我推荐新概念第一册，第二册，第一册主要是一些基础句型，讲句型掌握好以后就可以跟外教简单交流，然后学习第二册可以强化讲话的深度。当初我学口语时，有的同学胆子大很快能与老外交流，但是永远无法深入交谈。

there is no easy ,simple way to speak beautiful English, dear.
just ask yourself ,do you speak in English everyday , i've been studying English for two years myself , (of course i went to a training school which is just like you tought o(︶︿︶)o唉 ,
i've been finding friends who love studying English as i do , i talk to them ,we enjoy that poor but funny conversation , i talk to myself when no people around me . i don't know much words yet ,but i have no problem with communicating with foreigners

我觉得还是要看一些英语电影 也可以收听口袋英语的微博嘛 随时随地学习 另外跟老外交流时要学会找关键词 一个一个单词听当然听不懂 大概了解就好 尽自己可能去交流 额 我认为最重要的一句就是 could you speak slower ? 和 Can you repeat it?
