首先,说说鲁菜吧!鲁菜主要起源于山东一带的胶东和济南地区,也是中国覆盖面最广的地方风味菜系,同时也因为地区的环境优势,造就了鲁菜为八大菜系之首的盛名。鲁菜的历史也十分久远,早在春秋战国时期便对其有所记载。鲁菜讲究调味纯正,口味偏于咸,具有鲜、嫩、香,脆的特色。鲁菜还精于制汤,每一道工序都是那么严谨,制出来的汤味道鲜美得用笔墨不能形容!
我们身为广东人,平常吃的最普遍的就是颇负盛名的粤菜。顾名思义,粤菜就是广东的菜,主要源自广州,潮洲,东江三个流派。菜式特别富有创意,口味比较清淡,用料也十分广泛,各种各样的珍馐百味无奇不有。

What we Chinese eat most are Chinese dishes. With the develpment of our homeland,Chinese dishes are more and more popular all over the world, and many foreigners,even our "neighbours",Japanese and Korean fall in love with the different flavours of Chinese dishes. Now let me introduce our great Chinese dishes.
Chinese dishes are divided into different branches, among which the most popular are Lu, Chuan, Yue, Min, Su, Zhe,Xiang and Hui branches that are called The Eight Branches. The eight branches all have their different characteristics, but they are all distinctly delicious.
Take Lu branch for the first: Lu branch come from Jiaodong and Jinan area in Shandong Province, which is also the most widely spread branch in China. With its priority of the area it covers, it get famous for its first place among the Eight Branches. Lu branch has a long history since Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods of China.
