此次制备铝基合金材料,加入了8%的Cu作为融入金属,经过11小时固溶处理;测试硬度后再陆续进行2—9小时时效处理,最终得到此次试验样品。通过测试其硬度,得到试样时效处理时间与其硬度关系;再经过试样的磨平抛光及腐蚀处理,得到可观察其金相组织的试样,观察其金相组织结构,可得出其内部组织;从而得到其相关性能的结论。 展开
