摘要：随着网络技术和应用的不断发展，人们对网络的依赖程度将越来越大，用户已不再满足于网络连通性的要求，他们希望以更快的速度、更高的质量、更好的安全性访问网络。但是，随着网络用户数量的不断壮大，为网络的日常管理与维护带来巨大的挑战。为了维护日益庞大的网络系统的正常工作，保证所有网络资源处于良好的运行状态，必须有相应的网络管理系统进行支撑。本文首先介绍什么是网络管理、网络管理体系的构成、网络管理协议和网络管理技术，之后对网络管理技术发展的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:with the application and development of network technology,people are getting more and more dependent on the Internet.The users are no longer satisfied with the connectivity
of the Internet,they hope that they can access the Internet with a faster speed,higher quality and better security.However,the growth of the quantity of network users brings great challenge to the daily management and maintenance of the network.In order to guarantee the work of the network whose size is getting bigger and bigger,and make sure that all the network resources work well,we must support it with a appropriate network management system.This essay will firstly introduce what is network management,the formation of the network management system,SNMP（Simple Network Management Protocol) and technologies on Network Management.Then it will come to the second part,which focuses on the forecast to the development and prospect of network management technology.

Abstract: With the growing development of network technology, people are turned out to be more dependent on the Internet.The users are no longer satisfied with the requirement for connecting internet, they hope to access to the Internet by a faster speed, better quality and higher security. However, the increasing users bring about the great challenge to the daily management and maintenance of network. In order to ensure the smooth running of network system, and ensure all network resources working properly in good conditions, relevant supports are required for the network managerial system.This paper will firstly introduce what it is called network management,the formation of network managerial system, SNMP（Simple Network Management Protocol) and Network Managerial Technology.Then it will further display the prospects on the development of Network Managerial Technology.
