1秒钟。由角B＝C角知，要么BD＝CP，要么BD＝CQ。当BD=CP=5时，BP=CQ=3,三角形全等成立；当BD=CQ=5时,BP=CQ=5,CP=3,CP不等于BP,全等不成立。故仅有BP=3,t=1秒
