ebay feedback问题

     我是ebay卖家，最近使用ebay拍卖一副高档耳机时，遇到了麻烦。     耳机成本是150美元，但是拍卖最后赢家是61美元，当然不能卖，我给买家发邮件了，并解释了这些，但是他还是给留了一个负的feedback，怎么办啊？     还有我给他留feedback不能留，只能留好评，要么就不能留，请问这是怎么回事？

　　ebay就是这样超级保护买家的利益，一般是不能给买家留中差评的 ，刚刚查到资料得到证实：While sellers can leave a positive Feedback rating and a comment for buyers, they can't leave negative or neutral Feedback.

　　To leave Feedback:
　　1. Click My eBay at the top of any page.
　　2. Click the Account tab, and then click the Feedback link on the left side of the page.
　　3. Click Leave Feedback next to the item you want to comment on.

　　You can leave Feedback up to 60 days after a purchase. Be sure your comments stay within our rules (see our inappropriate Feedback comments policy).

　　Allowed
　　While insulting language, like "fraud," "liar," "cheater," "scam artist," or "con man," is strongly discouraged, Feedback containing such language won't be removed unless it also contains some type of content that isn't allowed.

　　Not allowed
　　We don't allow Feedback comments that contain:

　　Links or scripts

　　References to eBay or PayPal investigations

　　Negative statements left for a buyer that conflict with the positive rating

　　Personally identifying information about another member, including real name, address, phone number, or email address

　　Political, religious, or social commentary rather than a genuine comment about the transaction

　　Comments, replies, or follow-ups that reference a separate transaction

　　Profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language, or adult material

　　ebay规则就是多 你不能给他留中差评哦 但是互相留中差评也只是意气用事，对你账号没有任何帮助，要是你身为此买家估计也会很生气哦，因为你定价太低了，买家成功拍卖你的一个产品少则1天，多则10天，买家能高兴吗？呵呵 建议你给买家点好处 和气生财 说得可怜点 要他帮帮忙 最直接的办法 打电话沟通 或许还有一线改评的生机哦 呵呵

你不能留差评。
只能和买家商议取消交易。
要买家不同意，估计肯定要吃差评了。
建议这样的产品登录时 设底价，如果拍的价格不到底价，买家也是买不走的
