This is a design for mould manufacture of plastic cup with introduction on the procedure of machining techniques for each component in the mould of plastic cup as well as assembly and application of the complete set of this mould in a systematic/detailed way, of which included selection for parameters of the injection machine, machining techniques of components, structure and related calculation issues of the injection machine and particular kinds of machining techniques. Computer mapping software was applied to draw for component formation map and assembly tree（装配流程图）, and make procedure card for machining techniques of the machinery.
